Export formats we accept
What to export from your call platform or PACS, and how.
Export what your systems already produce. The agent reads the common formats directly; anything else, we'll work out with you during onboarding.
Call recordings
| What | Accepted |
|---|---|
| Audio | WAV, FLAC, MP3, OGG/Opus, and the native formats of common call-recording platforms |
| Channels | Stereo with agent and customer split is best; mono works |
| Call metadata | A CSV or JSON export from your dialler or CRM: call ID, date, duration, queue or campaign, disposition |
| Transcripts | Optional. Your existing transcripts help, but the agent transcribes locally either way |
Keep the original sample rate. Don't convert or compress recordings before export.
Medical imaging
| What | Accepted |
|---|---|
| Images | DICOM, exported from your PACS or VNA, one folder per study or as a DICOM query export |
| Reports | Plain text, HL7, PDF, or a database export linked by accession number |
| EMR | A CSV or database export linked by patient ID: diagnoses, labs, follow-up |
Don't de-identify before export. The agent needs original IDs to link studies, reports and EMR, and replaces them with pseudonyms itself.
Never send data to Quarry
Exports stay inside your environment, where the agent reads them. Nothing is uploaded to Quarry before de-identification and your sign-off.
